Rachael “Saphira” Galoob is the founder of The Liaison Group, a DC-based federal lobbying firm dedicated to shaping the federal legislative and policy landscape for the Cannabis Industry.

Saphira focuses her efforts and expertise to protect and preserve state-authorized Cannabis programs and ensure that Cannabis businesses are able to operate on a level playing field.  Always a creative and committed advocate for her clients, she is highly effective and intuitive in designing and executing strategies to assist Cannabis businesses to effectively navigate, participate and communicate within the Congressional and Federal Agency landscape.
